Teachers who put dog collars to student arrest in Japan

Nara Prefecture police arrested a teacher for placing dog collars on a student's neck and ankles.


The 62-year-old man, identified as Koji Ito, kept the teenager with the necklaces between 1 p.m. and 4:20 p.m. in a classroom on November 17 last year, Mainichi Shimbun reports.

The professor has admitted his guilt, but the reason why he acted that way has not been revealed.

Ito, accused of confinement, teaches and administers the special private school (juku) where the incident occurred.


The student informed her mother and both reported Ito to police on November 20.

The student was not injured or injured as a result of the event, which took place during an individual Ito-the-girl class, according to Tokyo Reporter. The man forced her to study with the necklaces on. (International Press)
