On Friday morning, on a street in Seoul, a South Korean approached a Japanese tourist walking with a friend.
The man followed the Japanese girl and insulted her, according to the NHK.
When the Japanese woman tried to record it with her phone, the man pulled her hair and threw her to the ground, as shown in the video broadcast by South Korean station KBS.
Through social media, many South Koreans have expressed their rejection and criticism of the man for the aggression.
One person called the incident a kinship at a difficult juncture for both countries, whose relations go through a very bad time due to trade and political disputes sinking their roots into deferrals dating back to the first half of the last century.
Someone else offered apologies for the embarrassing fact. (International Press)
